The remaining payment must be made 50 days before departure, Cancellation charges are as follows:

  • A MYR 500/person deposit is required for booking, along with a name matching the passport
  • Full payment must be made 50 days before traveling date.
  • Full charge applies if canceled 30 days before traveling date.
  • Tour packages cannot be transferred or canceled except for individual components (ticket, transfer, pass)
  • Cancellation within 46 working days (excluding weekends and holidays) before the tour starts incurs a charge of a full deposit amount of MYR 500 or more.
