Rent a Car with the following insurance policy:

• Bodily injury liability insurance: Unlimited per person (including automobile liability insurance)
  • The benefits would be paid when the accident causes a person/persons to get injured or killed.
• Property damage liability insurance: Unlimited per accident
  • The benefits would be paid when the accident causes damage to other person's car or property.
• Vehicle damage liability insurance: Up to the actual value per accident
  • The benefits would be paid when the accident causes damage.
• Bodily injury indemnity insurance: Up to JPY 30,000,000 per person*
  • The benefits would be paid when the accident causes the passenger(s) to get injured or killed.

*Regardless of the driver's fault (negligence) ratio, the bodily injury indemnity insurance fully covers the injury (including loss of life and long-term disability) sustained by passengers in the rent-a-car as a consequence of a car accident.
(Up to JPY 30,000,000: The total amount of injury is determined by the insurance company based on the insurance policy.)

Non-Operation Charge (NOC)
When repair or cleaning of the vehicle is necessary due to an accident, stealing, breakdown, or defacement, the customer shall bear the following amount as the business compensation for the vehicle during that period.

When the customer drives the rent-a-car to the scheduled office: JPY 20,000
When the customer cannot drive the rent-a-car and cannot return it to the scheduled office: JPY 50,000

Illegal Parking Fee
If you get an illegal parking sticker and fail to complete the formalities before returning the rent-a-car, we will charge you the illegal parking fee of JPY 25,000.

The balance due must be paid at least 50 days before departure.
Cancellation Charges:

• Deposit MYR 500/person & name as per passport will be needed for booking
• Full payment needs 50 days before traveling date.
• Full charge applied 30 days before traveling date.
• Tour Packages is no transferable to other component only (Ticket, Transfer, Pass) or cancellation of reservation occurring 46 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays) prior to tour commencement will be subject to a charge of full charges of Deposit RM500 or more.
