You can use the JR Kansai Area Pass for unlimited rides on local JR trains and the Haruka limited express train in the Kansai region around Osaka, Kyoto, Nara and Kobe for 1 to 4 days.
You can use the JR Kansai Area Pass for unlimited rides on local JR trains and the Haruka limited express train in the Kansai region around Osaka, Kyoto, Nara and Kobe for 1 to 4 days.
Kansai Area Pass is valid for unlimited travel in the valid area on the map.
Valid trains are below;
Kansai-airport Express HARUKA (Available for the Reserved Seat Ticket)Special Rapid Services, Rapid Services, and Local trains on JRWEST Conventional lines
When purchasing/receiving a Kansai Area Pass, 1-Dayvouchers for the Kyoto City Subway, Keihan Railway, and Hankyu Railway will also be provided.
The pass is only valid on WEST JAPAN JR BUS route buses within the valid area. The pass cannot be used on expressway buses. WEST JAPAN JR buses route-
Separate Express tickets are required for both Reserved and Nonreserved seats on Express Trains excluding Kansai-airport Express HARUKA
Bullet Trains “SHINKANSEN” cannot be used.

Refund Policies
Receive your Japan Rail Pass: After completing the form and verification done, the staff will provide you with the actual Japan Rail Pass. The pass consists of a paper ticket and a small booklet containing important information about the pass, including rules and instructions.
Remember to keep your Japan Rail Pass with you at all times during your travel in Japan, as you may be required to show it to the staff when entering and exiting the train stations or boarding the trains.
