Free Cancellation Bookings

Free cancellation bookings can be cancelled for a full refund, as long as cancellation occurs prior to the “cancel by” date.

Non-Refundable Bookings

Non-refundable bookings are not refundable after the booking is made, regardless of the cancellation date.

If you cancel a non-refundable booking, you’ll be charged a cancellation fee – usually worth at least the first night’s stay, but can be more (depending on your hotel policy).

Refund Policies

1.(Refund request within 90 days from the date of purchase) After you have successfully requested a refund, allow up to 14days for the refund to be reflected in your original payment method. 

2.(Refund request 90 days after the date of purchase) The refund will be processed through online banking only. Kindly send us the booking information and bank details (bank name, account name, account number). You can email us at (his-malaysia@his-world.com). Allow up to 14days for the refund to be reflected in your bank account.
