Type (Daily): Daily plan is high speed data of daily 500MB/1GB/2GB/3GB and unlimited data with 128kbps. Daily data refreshed next day 12am Malaysia Time zone. Reduce speed to 128kbps if daily data exceeds.
SIM Type SIM card (3-in 1 SIM card with Nano,Micro,Standard)
SIM card is Data-Only and does not come with a number. Traditional calls or text messages are not permitted.
You can use Apps like WhatsApp/WeChat to access local data to make calls or send messages without paying pesky roaming charges.
Activation  Sim Card activation is following Malaysia Time zone (GMT+8) , 12am-11:59pm will be counted as one completed section day of the package.
Please only insert SIM card when you arrive at your destination. Once you insert SIM card it is considered activated and the days of your SIM card will start counting.
Internet Speed High Speed 4G/5G (Depends on the local carrier)
Speed ​​may vary by location, network conditions, weather conditions or other factors. Additionally, natural obstacles like tall buildings, mountains, or even large bodies of water can obstruct the signal and result in slower internet speeds.
Hotspot Yes, you can share connection with other devices via hotspot. However, more devices connected, the more network bandwidth will be divided among those devices, which may result in slower speeds. You can focus on one hotspot at a time and avoid slowing down the internet.

SIM Card Activation

✔ Upon arrival at your destination, insert the SIM card into your phone.
✔ Please switch on the Mobile Data and Data Roaming on your phone.
✔ Wait for 3minutes, the SIM card will automatically search for a network.
✖ Please do not insert the SIM card at Malaysia. Days validity will start counting once insert the SIM.
✖ Kindly make sure to turn “ OFF ” your original sim mobile data if your mobile using dual sim.

If you are unable to connect the internet, please set APN manually.

✔ Setting > Sim card mobile & network
✔ Click to sim card
✔ Click in Access Point Name
✔ Click “+” add new APN (Thailand APN: internet)
✔ Restart your phone after APN setting. The SIM card will automatically search for a network.

  • Data refreshed & plan validity are based on Malaysia time (GMT+8).
  • If you are unable to connect, it may be because you do not have good mobile signal coverage in your location. In this case, try turning off your phone and turning it back on your phone at another location.
  • If you are crossing the border into another country, some phones might need to be restarted twice.
  • When you return to your home country after traveling, please switch to your own local SIM card. Don’t forget to turn off the data roaming on your phone to avoid unnecessary roaming charges.
